Privacy Policy

This policy covers pay.luminatech.org, the payment portal for Luminatech products. Each Product also has its own privacy practices for the data you store inside it.

What we collect here. To process a subscription payment we handle: your name and email address (provided by the Product you are subscribing from), the plan you purchase, and payment outcomes (amount, date, payment reference). Invoices we issue contain these details.

What we never see. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking credentials are entered directly with Razorpay, our payment processor. They never touch Luminatech servers.

How we use it. To activate your plan in the Product you purchased, issue invoices, send payment and renewal emails, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing. Payment data is shared with Razorpay to process the transaction, and with authorities where the law requires (for example GST records).

Retention. Invoices and payment records are retained as long as tax law requires. You can request a copy of your billing data or corrections at any time.
