Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from inside the Product. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after cancellation.
Refunds. Subscription periods that have started are generally non-refundable. We do refund in full: duplicate payments, amounts charged after a confirmed cancellation, and payments where the plan was never activated due to a fault on our side.
How to request one. Email info@luminatech.org from your account email with the invoice number (it is on the invoice we emailed you). We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
