Terms of Service

These terms govern payments made through pay.luminatech.org (the “Billing Portal”), operated by Luminatech (“we”, “us”). The Billing Portal processes subscription payments for Luminatech software products, including LITmail and related business tools (each a “Product”).

Subscriptions. Plans are purchased for a fixed billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown on your checkout page. Your plan activates immediately after successful payment and remains active until the end of the paid period. We may send renewal reminders before a period ends; if a plan is not renewed, access to paid features ends after a short grace period.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued by Luminatech for every successful payment and emailed to the address on your account.

Fair use. Use of each Product remains subject to that Product’s own terms and acceptable-use rules. We may suspend service for unlawful use, abuse of the platform, or non-payment.

Changes. Plan prices and features may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for. Continued renewal after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
